BGBC Partners, LLP is pleased to announce their inclusion on the Indianapolis Star’s 2021 Top Workplaces list. This is BGBC’s fourth consecutive year as an IndyStar Top Workplace. The firm was also recognized with the New Ideas Award, as the top company that encourages new ideas. This is the second time BGBC has received this special recognition.
BGBC attributes this recognition to an engaging and positive company culture that puts its people first. The firm works hard to foster an environment that allows for continual growth and the opportunity to celebrate successes. Team members enjoy professional growth opportunities, generous benefits, community service outings, and fun in-office and out-of-office events such as cook-offs, sporting events, golf outings and more.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Firm leadership made employees a top priority. Team members enjoyed continued transparent communication from leadership, access to mental health resources including a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, as well as no layoffs or pay reductions, and lastly annual promotions and bonuses.
Each year, the IndyStar recognizes companies in central Indiana for their Top Workplaces list. These companies have been recognized based on surveys about the workplace completed by employees. The surveys gather responses across several areas including work-life balance, training, benefits, and appreciation among others. Companies are recognized in three different categories based on organization size: small, mid-size, and large.
