While BGBC has global reach and capabilities, we are committed to giving back to the Indianapolis community. We recognize the importance of volunteering and sharing our time and resources. Our partners and associates serve as volunteers, members of committees, and advisors on numerous Board of Directors to address the needs of Indianapolis and surrounding localities. We believe that serving others is vital to both the community at large and to building our team into quality individuals who can make a positive impact in the workplace and in their personal endeavors.
Team members receive many volunteer opportunities. Each year, the Firm participates in the annual CPA Day of Service, where employees spend the day volunteering at a local philanthropic organization. In past years, we have spent the CPA Day of Service at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, HVAF of Indiana, and United Way. We also enjoy annual participation in other philanthropic events such as the Make-A-Wish Request A Thon, and Salvation Army Angel Tree Program among others. Additionally, through BGBC’s Charity Committee, the Firm holds internal quarterly fundraising events to raise money for various non-profits.
We are proud to have won the Company That Cares Award, hosted by United Way of Central Indiana!
