INTERNSHIP

An internship with BGBC is an opportunity to jump-start your career in public accounting and give you a solid foundation as you begin your career in the profession. Interns are a critical part of our professional team and perform the same work as our staff under the guidance of experienced, high-caliber professionals. Interns receive valuable experience with clients of all sizes across numerous industries and are exposed to both domestic and international issues. Additionally, we maintain a “One Firm, One Team” approach, meaning BGBC interns will work on assignments for both assurance and tax engagements.

Internship Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time January – end of April
  • Maintain a minimum of a 3.2 GPA in all accounting-related courses
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Energetic, driven, and eager to learn and grow
  • Committed to obtaining 150 credit hours and passing the CPA exam upon graduation

FULL-TIME STAFF

Get ready to experience challenging and stimulating work in an exciting, nurturing, and collaborative environment. Full-time staff receives valuable experience with clients of all sizes across numerous industries and are exposed to both domestic and international issues. Not sure if you want to do tax or audit? No problem. We give our new staff the opportunity to experience work in both concentrations before choosing the direction they’d like to take their career. You will receive training, support, and mentorship from high-caliber professionals to get your career rolling in the right direction.

Full-time Staff Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of a 3.2 GPA in all accounting related courses
  • 150 credit-hour CPA exam eligibility requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Commitment to passing the CPA exam
  • Energetic, driven, and eager to learn and grow
