BGBC Named IndyStar’s Top Workplace 2022 5th Year Running

How does the Top Workplace award work?

The Top Workplace award is based solely on employee feedback and is known as the most credible, authentic employer recognition program. The survey, powered by Engergage is voluntary and anonymous. It features a series of questions where employees rank the company on a seven points scale gauged from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The questions focus on four culture imperatives as outlined by topworkplaces.com.

Align: Where the company is headed, its values, cooperation, effective meetings
Connect: Employees feel appreciated, work is meaningful, working at full potential, clued-in to each other
Coach: Managers care about concerns, are helpful, encourage employee development
Performance: Execution, open-mindedness, innovation, clued-in leadership

It also measures employee engagement, leadership and the basics such as pay, benefits and training. To have the honor of receiving this award for the past five years speaks volumes about our culture.
