BGBC Partners, LLP is in search of a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all Human Resources matters within our organization. JOB SUMMARY
As the HR Manager at BGBC, you partner with our Firm’s leadership to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success by overseeing key aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the firm’s goals and objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your role will primarily involve managing employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, HR reporting, and fostering a workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and growth.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing employment laws and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager (or equivalent) in a business setting, ideally connected to professional services or an accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is recommended, but not required.
