One employee commented, “Partners and managers encourage others to look for better ways to do things, and provide challenges to set goals that may be outside the box.”
Each year, the IndyStar recognizes companies in central Indiana for their Top Workplaces list. These companies have been recognized based on surveys about the workplace completed by employees. The surveys gather responses across several areas including work-life balance, training, benefits, and appreciation among others. Companies are recognized in three different categories based on organization size: small, mid-size, and large.
