Sam Leverett, CPA

Manager Tax Services

Sam serves as a Manager in Tax Services. He has experience in tax planning and compliance, working primarily with individuals and small to mid-sized partnerships and corporations. Sam serves clients in the real estate, construction, and professional services industries. He also provides tax services to foreign-owned domestic corporations as well as represents clients before the IRS and state and local taxing authorities.

After taking an accounting class in high school, Sam knew that was what he wanted to do. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ball State University and a Masters in Accounting from Indiana University. He has over 12 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to that Sam worked as a tax consultant for a firm specializing in state and local tax services. He is known to be hardworking, dependable, and client service oriented.

Sam attributes his success to always being willing to learn new things and having good mentors. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Sam also serves as the Treasurer for the Indiana Deer Hunters Association and is a member of the Indiana Golf Association. When he is not working, Sam enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, three kids, and two dogs.
