Adam Krupp joined the firm in 2023 serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse set of experiences to the firm with a rich background in organizational leadership, workplace culture development and strategic growth.
Adam began his career in the education field as a high school English and Theater teacher. Adam took a shift in his career path and pursued his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law, subsequently representing major sports organizations and television networks in copyright, trademark and contract enforcement actions as an attorney in New York. Adam returned to Indiana where he had the opportunity to work in a variety of state government capacities including serving as Commissioner of Indiana’s Department of Revenue from 2017 to 2020.
Throughout his career, Adam has had many notable achievements. He was awarded the Indiana Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Mike Pence (2016) and Governor Eric Holcomb (2020). The award is the highest honor bestowed by a sitting Governor of Indiana. It is a personal tribute usually presented to persons who have rendered a distinguished service to the state or the sitting governor. Additionally, he was a member of the Indiana Business Journal’s 2018 Forty Under 40 class, and a 2019 Tobias Leadership Fellow.
Adam has a commitment to excellence and a passion for healthy organizational culture which falls directly in line with BGBC’s core values. He attributes his success to putting people first and not letting perfect getting in the way of great. At BGBC we approach our day-to-day operations with a people first mentality, making Adam a great fit to the continued growth of the firm’s award winning culture.
Adam resides in Zionsville, Indiana with his two sons Coleman and Cassius. He loves college basketball, attending theater productions, and is an avid sports memorabilia collector. During his free time you can find him coaching Zionsville Youth Soccer, running outside or getting in a Peloton workout.
